Recognizing the need for reliable, convenient and affordable fish keeping products, Jonas Works, Inc. was established in 1999 by two hobbyists with a combined total of more than 75 years as fish keepers. One of the founders is a design engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the aquarium industry, having designed various products for some of the world’s leading manufacturers of aquarium products. The other founder is a biochemist and published author, knowledgeable in marine biology and water chemistry. Together they understand the needs of both the beginner and the advanced hobbyist and are committed to developing products that are innovative in design, easy to use, and provide added value to the consumer. Jonas Works, Inc. manufactures the Fishease product line, including the Easy-Bowl Kit, which is a complete small aquarium system available in several styles, and the Fishease Bowl Filter & Canopy, which is available either with or without an air pump to provide effective filtration and to enhance the appearance of many popular glass and plastic fish bowls already on the market. These products are equipped with the replaceable Carbon~Fiber Filter Pad, which enables mechanical, biological, and chemical filtration to ensure a clean fish bowl environment for healthy, active fish. The Take It Easy Transport Lid, included in each kit, allows the hobbyist to purchase a fully stocked and decorated aquarium from the local store for immediate enjoyment. By improving the ease of fish keeping with quality products that perform, Jonas Works, Inc. will take the hobby to a new level of enjoyment and enhance its growth through new and continued interest. |
